Appointment & Scheduling

Streamline your medical tourism experience with our easy-to-use platform. Book appointments, manage travel logistics, and access comprehensive healthcare services all in one place.

Before booking your surgery, get a free consultation to compare options within your budget, hospital, and procedure. We recommend starting 2-3 months before your arrival in Korea. Just contact our team through WhatsApp, Instagram, or our website’s booking form, and we will guide you step-by-step. Once you share your treatment interests and preferred dates, we’ll coordinate with our partner clinics to confirm your appointment and send you a detailed schedule.

Yes, you can. We understand that travel plans can change. For general consultations, please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance so we can assist with rescheduling or cancellation.

For surgical procedures, however, Korean doctors often have fully booked schedules. To secure your preferred date and avoid penalties, you must notify us at least 1 month before your surgery. Each clinic may have its own policy, but we will always help you manage any changes as smoothly as possible.

No referral is required. Glowin Medical connects you directly with licensed Korean specialists and clinics, so you can book any consultation of plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, or wellness without needing a doctor's note from your home country.

If you're running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Clinics usually allow a short grace period, but availability may depend on the doctor’s tight schedule. We’ll communicate with the clinic on your behalf and try to adjust your time slot or arrange the next best option.

We recommend booking 1-2 months before your preferred date, especially during busy seasons. However, if you’re already in Korea or need an urgent appointment, we can often secure same-day or next-day slots with partner clinics.

To secure your surgery date, a 10% deposit is required. We recommend booking your arrival in Korea and ensuring you don't miss your scheduled appointment.

Billing, Insurance & Payments

Payment procedure for your surgeons

Yes. Every partner clinic in Korea provides their own medical insurance coverage for patients. This means that if there is an issue related to your treatment or results, you can file a claim directly with the clinic under their insurance policy.

Glowin Medical will assist you throughout the entire process—helping you communicate with the clinic, preparing required documents, and guiding you until the case is resolved

Yes. Most clinics require a surgery deposit to secure your date, as surgeons’ schedules fill up quickly. Deposits vary by hospitals, but generally range 10% of the surgery cost.
Please note that deposits are usually non-refundable if canceled late, and changes must be made at least 1 month before your surgery date.

Full payment for your procedure is typically required on the day of your consultation or before the surgery. If you are paying by international bank transfer, the payment must be sent at least 1 week in advance so the clinic can confirm receipt. If the payment does not arrive in time due to bank delays, the clinic may postpone the procedure.

Yes. We provide a preliminary price estimate based on your photos and clinic recommendations. Final pricing is confirmed during your in-person consultation with the doctor, after they examine your condition. Glowin Medical ensures full transparency so you always know the expected cost before committing.

Korean clinics accept several payment methods:

  • Cash (KRW, USD, or other major currencies)
You may bring up to 10 million KRW or 10,000 USD into Korea without declaration. If you need to bring more, inform us, so that we can prepare an official letter so you can bring additional cash legally for your procedure.

  • International Bank Transfer
Accepted by all clinics. We will provide the clinic’s bank details.
All transfer fees must be covered by the patient. Sending the transfer 1 week before your procedure is recommended to avoid delays.

  • Credit/Debit Card
Most clinics accept major cards, but international cards may have 3–5% processing fees depending on the clinic.

We will guide you through the safest and most convenient payment option based on your situation.
